➡️ Our cake slices are freshly baked every Monday and Wednesday.
➡️ Orders will be dispatched every Thursday, aiming for a next-day delivery.
➡️ Orders received from Thursday afternoon or anytime Friday-Sunday, will be dispatched the following Tuesday, with the aim of a next-day delivery.
❗️Currently, 98% of all orders are delivered on time. In rare circumstances outside of our control, there may be a delay with the courier which could mean that your order is delivered a day late.
❗️Delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
‼️ You must be available to take delivery or nominate an alternative address/safe place via the tracking link provided to you by Royal Mail. Any return baked goods to the depot will affect quality.
‼️ We are not responsible for delays once the courier has collected the package.
‼️ Delays, failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, or package returns are non-refundable.
